A small box
for care.
A tiny container, made to hold a moment of tenderness.
A small cardboard box can become a world when we choose what to place inside. For this one, I gathered violet petals and a tiny figure, then let the simple act of arranging become its own kind of pause.

In art-therapy-informed creative practice, containers can be a useful image. They invite us to consider what we want to hold with care, what might need a boundary, and what deserves room to exist without being rushed.
There is no right object to place inside and no message the box has to deliver. The value can be in the choosing: a color, a texture, an object with a memory, a piece of the natural world. Making a small space for these things can make a busy day feel more inhabitable.
Sometimes the invitation is simply this: make a place for one small thing that matters.
